Queens Dental Associates is a family dental practice serving the Flushing and Bayside communities for over 20 years. Despite their reputation and experienced team, new patient inquiries from online channels had dropped 30% in the past year. Three newer practices in the area had invested in modern websites and aggressive SEO, pushing Queens Dental out of the top local results.

Their website hadn’t been updated in four years. It wasn’t mobile-responsive, loaded in over 6 seconds, and offered no educational content. Potential patients searching for dental services in Queens were finding competitors first.

Audit

The audit revealed a site built on outdated HTML with no CMS, no SSL certificate, and no schema markup. Page speed was 6.2 seconds on mobile. Their Google Business Profile had 12 reviews (3.8 stars average) compared to competitors averaging 80+ reviews with 4.5+ ratings. Zero backlinks from health directories or local community sites.

Plan

Healthcare SEO requires special attention to E-E-A-T signals. Our strategy centered on: (1) rebuilding the website with modern, mobile-first design and proper medical schema, (2) creating an educational content library addressing common dental questions, and (3) an aggressive local SEO and review generation campaign.

Execute

The new website launched with dedicated pages for each service (general dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, orthodontics, pediatric dentistry, emergency dental care), each with unique content written with input from the dental team. We implemented MedicalOrganization and Dentist schema markup with proper credentials.
